Service Precautions
· bubble facilitates communication with artists through message exchanges and other interactive methods. However, bubble does not guarantee the transmission, frequency, or availability of messages or live broadcasts by artists. Such transmissions occur irregularly and are subject to the artist’s individual circumstances.
· Content provided in bubble, such as messages, photos, videos, and voice messages, are exclusive to the members with subscriptions. If a user leaks any provided content, the user may take legal responsibilities.
Notices related to payment
· Tickets with the same benefits cannot be purchased twice.
· All subscriptions cannot be modified to a different subscription type during the subscription period.
· This is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The subscription fee covers one month of service from the billing date and will be automatically renewed every month through your registered payment method.
· You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription via [MY Menu > bubble Subscription Management]. After cancellation, you can still use the subscription until its original expiration date. No refunds will be provided, and the subscription will not be automatically renewed after the current billing period.
· Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
· When you delete your account, your personal information will be deleted and you will no longer be able to use the service you paid for.
· For minors, if the legal representative does not consent to purchases, the user or legal guardian may cancel purchases.
· In cases where a user misuses the service, violates the terms of service, operational policies, or engages in prohibited activities such as leaking service content, or sending malicious, violent, or otherwise inappropriate messages, the “Company” reserves the right to restrict the user’s access to the service. For objections regarding such restrictions or for other inquiries, members may contact the “Company” at help_jyp@dear-u.co or use the “Contact Us” feature in the bubble app.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund for a bubble ticket purchased from the Web STORE in the following cases:
1. Withdrawal of Purchase
· You can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase or automatic renewal date.
2. Mid-Term Cancellation
· You may request a cancellation even after 7 days from the purchase or automatic renewal date. In this case, the refund amount is calculated by deducting the amount corresponding to days used and 10% of the remaining balance.
3. Special Refund
· If you did not receive any artist messages other than the welcome message within 30 days of ticket purchase or registration, you may request a refund within 7 days of the ticket termination date. In this case, your subscription date will be reset.
· If the bubble service is terminated due to the artist’s military enlistment or termination of their agency contract, and there is no other artist available to subscribe with the current ticket, you may request a refund. (Only applicable if subscribed within 2 weeks from the usage date.)

※ Important Notes
· If using bubble FONT together: The bubble FONT ticket is not automatically refunded when the bubble ticket is refunded. Please request a separate refund for bubble FONT. Even if your bubble FONT ticket is still valid, it can no longer be used once your bubble ticket is refunded.
· Any bonus period granted through marketing events or promotions will not affect the refund amount.
· Tickets purchased at a discount will be refunded based on the discounted price.
· Abuse of the refund policy, use of non-standard refund methods, or repeated refund requests without valid reasons may result in restrictions on refunds or service usage, especially if it violates the Terms of Service or operating policies.
· Any benefits associated with the ticket (e.g., subscription date) may be terminated without notice upon refund.
