Service Operation Policy

 

This Operation Policy stipulates the operating standards of the bubble service (hereinafter referred to as "bubble") and specific guidelines that members must abide by to consistently correspond to problematic situations that may occur within "bubble" during the operation of "bubble" by DearU Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). Unless you comply with this Operation Policy, you may suffer disadvantages. Please take time to read this Policy carefully.

 

Article 1 (Rights and Obligations of Members)

1.1 Rights of Members

① Members may make requests and offer suggestions, including submitting various inquiries related to "bubble" through “bubble” Inquiry. Provided, however, the “Company” might not respond to repeated questions, requests, or suggestions for matters that have already been sufficiently explained through previous answers.

② The “Company” shall not intervene or take measures to resolve conflicts between the “bubble” members and damages caused by members' negligence. Provided, however, if any member, during the use of "bubble," has been damaged by another member's infringement of this Policy, he/she can request the application of this Policy by reporting the aforementioned infringement to the “Company,” and the “Company” can take countermeasures under the Policy after examining the reported contents.

③ Members may raise objections via Inquiry unless they are satisfied with the application results of the Policy.  However, account-related inquiries received without logging in may be difficult to process due to difficulties in confirming account information and authentication.

· Inquiry

Members may raise objections related to various inquiries, requests, suggestions, and sanctions with regard to their account, which include the “bubble," through Inquiry in the app.

 

1.2 Obligations of Members

Members shall not engage in activities that violate relevant laws or regulations, the Terms of Service of “bubble,” that are prohibited by this Operation Policy, or interfere with the "bubble" system or the normal use of the service by other members.

The “Company” may partially or completely enforce restrictions on a member’s use of “bubble” without prior notice for any activities prohibited by the Terms of Service and Operation Policy. In addition, if another member's activities violate the Operation Policy or interfere with the use of "bubble," please send a screenshot to Inquiry within the app.

If a violation of the Operation Policy is detected via a report or other methods, the “Company” may impose sanctions under the Operation Policy after verifying the report. However, the “Company” shall have no obligation to notify the reporter of the investigation results, and the “Company” shall not intervene or take measures to resolve conflicts between “bubble” members and damages caused by a member's negligence.

 

Article 2 (Restrictions on the Use of the Service)

Members' use of the service may be restricted if they engage in any of the activities below.

The types of usage restrictions are as follows:

(1) Partial restrictions on the use of bubble: Replies sent with the account are immediately deleted from the artist's inbox, and the message sent with the account is not sent to an artist. (No separate notice)

(2) Complete restrictions on the use of bubble: Welcome or new messages from an artist cannot be received, replies cannot be delivered to artists, and new purchases or renewals of bubble tickets with the same account are prohibited.

 

2.1 Production, Use, and Distribution of Illegal Programs

- Any unauthorized access of the servers and networks of “bubble”

- Interfering with the provision of the “bubble” service

- Providing information that motivates or assists in illegal activities

- Installing or distributing programs, such as malicious codes or viruses, to impede on the normal use of the service of other members or to steal personal information

 

2.2 Replying with Inappropriate Content

- Posting any content that defames the reputation of others or slanders others without grounds

- Posting any content that instigates discrimination or prejudice based on any grounds such as an individual's sex, religion, disability, age, social status, race, region, occupation, etc.

- Posting any content that offends public morals such as profanity, lewd and obscene content, abusive content, content that cause sexual humiliation or unpleasantness, etc.

- Posting any content that describes obscene activities or content related to prostitution

- Posting any content that continuously causes fear or anxiety without grounds

- Posting any content that illustrates or is reminiscent of disgusting behaviors from a general perspective

- Posting any content that discloses trade secrets or state secrets classified in accordance with applicable laws or regulations

- Posting any content for the purpose of crimes or instigating or aiding and abetting crimes

- Posting any content that promotes illegal speculation and gambling sites

- Posting any content for the sales or promotion of illegal goods or goods banned from sales on the Internet

- Posting any content that contains personal information of others

- Posting any content that is restricted from posting in accordance with applicable laws or regulations

- Posting any false content in the form of press reports by impersonating a media outlet

- Continuous and repetitive posting of the same or similar content

- Subscribing to the service or acting for commercial, promotional/advertisement, or malicious purposes

 

2.3 Use of Unwholesome Nicknames

- Sanctions may be placed for using the following kinds of names:

(1) Nicknames that may offend or sexually humiliate others

(2) Nicknames that contain abusive language, slang, advertisement, or sensational content

(3) Nicknames that contain racial and gender-discriminating expressions

(4) Nicknames determined as intentionally blaming, insulting, or defaming a particular person, group, region, religion, etc.

(5) Nicknames that impersonate a company or an employee, a stakeholder, or an administrator of a company

(6) Nicknames that show intention for cash trades

(7) Nicknames determined as probable for infringement or damage of trademarks and copyrights of third parties

(8) Other nicknames that violate laws or regulations or social practices

 

 

2.4 Infringement of Copyrights

- Disclosing content provided exclusively by "bubble" to a third party

- Modifying or converting content provided exclusively by "bubble"

- Selling or distributing content provided exclusively by "bubble"

- Any acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of the "Company" or third parties

 

2.5 Interruption of Service Operation

- Providing false information to the "Company" or stealing others' information

- Using "bubble" for commercial purposes without the prior consent of the "Company"

- Distributing false information by impersonating an employee or an administrator of the "Company" in relation to "bubble," or causing damage and confusion such as deceiving other members or acquiring benefits from other members

- Misusing the customer consultation service to interfere with the use of the service by other users or interrupt the normal operations of the "Company"

- Creating multiple accounts, registering and unregistering to the service, or other similar repetitive activities that may not be viewed as normal use of the service

- Any illegal or unlawful activities, such as those prohibited under Article 44-7 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.

- Requesting refunds by abusing the refund policy

- Requesting refunds in unusual manners

- Repetitively requesting refunds for tickets without just cause

 

2.6 Trade, Transfer, Lease, Exchange, or Stealing of Accounts

- Subscribing to or using "bubble" by illegally using the personal information, account, or device of another person

- Selling, transferring, or lending accounts or content within the account to someone else, or allowing others to use the account

- Attempting to exchange, purchase, or transfer accounts or their content, or aiding or abetting others in such activities

- Stealing accounts or content within the accounts of others

 

2.7 Misuse of Bugs and Restrictions

- Acquiring benefits or damaging others by making use of service errors

- Affecting the system by making use of service error

※ Benefits from service errors will be recalled and reconciliated regardless of how it was acquired by members.

 

2.8 Other Restricted Activities

- Determining gains or losses through coincidental means by promoting speculations to provide asset gains to some members and cause losses to others

- Acquiring unfair benefits by deceiving other users

- Other behaviors banned by laws or regulations

 

Article 3 (Types of Restrictions on the Use of the Service)

Restrictions on the use of the service include providing warnings, and partially or completely restricting the use of the service. Each sanction applies in stages as follows:

Restrictions on use apply in stages, from warnings to partial restrictions and complete restrictions, upon the accumulation of violations. Restrictions on use may apply to any activity that adversely affects the provision of a sound service environment or causes inconvenience to other users, even if it does not specifically fall under the above items.

Provided, however, members who post or distribute obscene content, promote gambling, or engage in any imminent risks or explicitly unlawful activities that are prohibited under relevant laws or regulations shall be restricted completely regardless of the number of violations. Restrictions on use for members may be enacted without a separate warning, and members may raise objections to the restrictions on use through “bubble” Inquiry.

 

Article 4 (Recovery Policy) 

Regarding the loss or change of information regarding the use of “bubble” caused by reasons attributable to the “Company” or technical errors of the service, recovery is possible when records can be identified with the technology of the current information and communication service, within a scope that does not affect the balance of the service significantly.

 

The scope of recovery is as follows:

4.1 Scope of Recovery

- If the use of the service is not available due to a technical error, the "Company" will do its best to restore services for normal use within the scope of the technical records of the current information and communication service.

 

4.2 Application for Recovery

- A member desiring recovery must apply for recovery with the customer service center no later than seven (7) days after the date of loss or change of usage information.

 - The application for recovery must be submitted directly by the owner of the account in which the loss or change of usage information has occurred, and proxy submission by a third party is not allowed.

 

4.3 Non-recoverable Matters

- Damages caused by the member's negligence

- Damages caused by not being fully aware of information provided through the system, notices, terms and conditions, and the Operation Policy

- Any damages caused by the use of the service in a manner not authorized by the "Company," such as the trade of goods and accounts within the service

- Damages caused by changing devices or resetting devices

- Damages caused by problems between members within the service without the involvement of the “Company” such as fraud

- Damages caused by a member's poor management of his/her account, such as account theft

 

Limitation of Liability and Legal Notice

 

Article 1 (Limitation of Liability)

DearU Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), does not guarantee the accuracy, credibility, or appropriateness of any content, such as images, links, advertisements, posts, or comments, from members provided to the bubble service (hereinafter referred to as "bubble,"), nor does the "Company" guarantee the quality of products or information from third parties purchased or acquired as a result of advertisements, other information, or proposals made through "bubble." You must use "bubble" under your own responsibilities. Accordingly, the "Company" is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or derivative damages that occur from your use of “bubble.” The “Company” is not obliged to modify the contents of “bubble.”

 

Article 2 (Legal Notice)

You must not download or extract the contents of “bubble” at your own discretion other than to use the contents within the scope permitted by “bubble.” In addition, activities such as transmitting or posting the contents of “bubble” to a third party without the consent of the “Company” are also prohibited. You are not allowed to access "bubble" and the contents of "bubble" through methods that are not authorized by the "Company." In particular, access using unauthorized programs or third-party account information is strictly prohibited. You must not use any information or rights related to “bubble,” and, in particular, copyrighted works and trademarks related to “bubble” without the permission of the “Company,” and you must not mislead others to believe that you are the owner of the rights of “bubble” or the contents within “bubble.” You must not disclose, (re)distribute, or transmit any information of the "Company" or the personal information of a third party acquired in the course of using "bubble" to any third party without the consent of the information subject. You must be fully aware of and comply with the above restrictions, and acknowledge and agree that you may be liable for civil or criminal liabilities for violations thereof. If you do not agree with the above Limitation of Liability and Legal Notice, please stop using “bubble” immediately.
